PET bottle label and cap removing machine consists of feeding inlet, cap removing chamber, labal removing chamber, 1st label separation cyclone unit, 2nd label separation cyclone unit and bottles outlet.

With the special layout of rotary blades and stationary blades, the label removing ratio can be up to 99%, and cap removing ratio is about 90%.

Meanwhile, the gap between rotary blades and stationary blades is adjustable, it can meet the process requirements for different bottles from 0.3L to 3L.

With the label and cap removing machine, the PET bottle recycling line will bring the high quality pet flakes, but lower power consumption and less labor cost.
